View Full Version : Meal Replacements

I am planning on sticking to my diet perfect this summer. Absolutely perfect. But one thing is, when I work I cannot eat the things that I could eat when I don't work. I was thinking of adding in a meal replacement for the two meals I miss while working. Anyone know some good, cheap, tasty meal replacements? Myoplex taste is alright and if I really needed too I'd eat it, but it's damn expensive.

I've tried Lean Body by Labrada those are good and relatively LESS expensive than Myoplex. Also Met-Rx makes a pretty good one too though I'm not to sure on the price of those

I am looking for something around the lines of 45g protein/ 17g carbs/ 3g fat
I found something at our local supplement store that is the store name brand. It has 38g protein, 19g carbs and 2.5g fat.

I've found some of these (Lean Body, Myoplex, Ultramet) at better prices at a local discount drug store (like the generic version of a RiteAid or CVS)...much less $$$ than the other sources that I've checked out.
I stumbled upon the place by accident...
