This is my 2nd attempt here on keeping a journal alive and going. Well I started keto and heres my diet:(weekdays)

Anabolic Diet Cutting Phase
The focus of the maintenance phase is so that the body gets used to using ketosis for energy. I will consume a total of 1800-2000 calories over the course of 5 weeks.

- Weekdays

1. Breakfast (7:00 am) - - 4 whole eggs (fried or omelet) - - 240 calories
2. Lunch (11:00 am) - - whey protein shake - - 160 calories
3. Meal 3 (3:00 pm) - - 1 tuna can w/ 1 mayo serving - - 250 calories
4. Meal 4/P.W.M (5:30 pm) - - 2 serving of turkey ham - - 200 calories
5. Dinner (8:00 pm) - - 6-8 whole eggs (fried or omelet) - - 480 calories (alternate)
5. Dinner (8:00 pm) - - 4-5 servings of cheese - - 450 calories (alternate)
6. Meal 6 (10:00 pm) - - 2 tuna cans w/ 2 mayo servings- - 500 calories

Post.Workout.Meal
1 whey serving w/ simple carbs (20g of sugar) 200-300 calories

Week One:

This first week has been good..But, today (SAT) ive carbed up tooo much. I feel a bit too bloated already, so no carb up tomorrow. Tomorrow (sunday 13) im going to get back like a reg. day. Im going to try to get 100-200g of carbs tomorrow see how that goes. Since, I jsut got my ala today i will start taking it tomorrow.!

Thus far my lifts have stayed the same, but today on my legs workout they dropped BIG TIME. Is wierd since i carbed up soo much i did not expected that to happen.

Sunday: 10/13/02

Its been a lazy sunday. Ive stayed home all weekend (rainy) I was going to go do cardio, but damnit my cloths are dirty. So this week i only did cardio 3x. Maybe this evening i'll jump rope for 30minutes.

As for my diet, ive only taken in a few carbs. I will however up my calories to 2500-3000, but more into 2500. I have to workout a plan for the weekends, thats why i failed last time.

Good day when it came to dieting!
Started to take my ala yesterday 1300mg. Umm, i had an a bit more pump when i lifted. But my lift were horrible! I was not into it, today was a hecked day!

TUESDAY: 10/15/02

Diet:

This morning, ahh, woke up late for school. Had to settle for 2 slices of cheese with 3/4 of cereal serving. Thats about 250 calories i estimate. Again, since I was late i forget to bring my whey protein. Had to settle for a cheese burger. Their goes 500 calories! Right after school, i ate 2 pieces of lean chicken. Ill say 400 calories..a total of 1150 calories thus far.

Before going to do my cardio (7:00pm) im going to eat the following:

5:00 pm: 2 fried bacon w/ 1 cheese slice + 2 whole eggs : 350 calories

(total day intake thus far: 1500 calories)

8:00 pm : 1 tuna can w/ 1 mayo serving : 250 cal.
10:00pm: same as above..
(go to bed 10:20pm)--->2:00am take ZMA

total day calories: 2000

Cardio:

30-45 minutes on tredmill. I will mix it up a bit: walk at 4.3-4.5 for 15 minutes, then jog at 6.3 for 5minutes, then lower it back to 4 mph for 5, then up to 6.3 mph ect..

Ha thanks dude, today some kid asked me if i juice..i said "i wish, ill be huge if i did juice !" heh..is cool that people actually think you juice, because shows your getting big and they notice! :) keep safe

Tuesday:

Todays Cardio was awesome! I did just what i wanted to do..i felt a huge pump!

MOTIVATION:

Can be the RAGE ive developed ..HELL IM PSYCHO! I FEEL NO PAIN! I feel the vains pumpin blood, feel each sweat drippin from my forehead.

Show those pvssies whos boss..! Their is no such thing as pain, because pain is black...does not exists!

Wed. 10/16/02

Diet:

BreakFast: 6 fried bacon strips + small portion of Rice = 300 calories

Lunch : Cheese Burger = 500 calories
meal 3 (3:00pm): Steak = 400 calories
meal 4 (5:00pm): *5 bacon pieces + small ration of rice = 250 calories
meal 5 (8:00pm): POST WORKOUT = 110 calories
meal 6 (9:00pm): 2 tuna cans w/ 1 mayo serving = 360

[total consumed calories: 1920]

Training: shoulders/bis/back forearms+abs = 1 hour 10 minutes

I (again) went down on certain lift. But, hell i took 1300mg of ala before going..WOW..i was pumped like hell!...I took a bit too much at the gym, cause soo many freakin ppl were their. The reason why some of my lift went down by a rep or two was cause of low mental focus! Tomorrow is another day..I have to do cardio for the 2x time this week tomorrow..!

I weight in at 203-204 this morning..Thats about 6-7 lbs ive lost, but they are water most likely. My focus is to lose 1.5-2lb weekly for 2 months. That is about 12-16lb of fat, in 2 months if i keep dieting hard. Im most likely to go down to 190-187lbs, and then for 2 weeks BULK.


What this will do is...since i will be bulking for 2 months, I start to cheat alot..due to the lack of nutrition from the hardcore cutting. If that happens then my fat loss rate will be slowed down. So to stop this from happening, ill bulk for 2 weeks like an animal. Then Cut again...These are my goals for the next 3 months.

I know everyone is busy bulking and all, but some people want certain goals..very different then mines. I look at myself i nthe mirror often enough to say: 1. I need to lose fat. 2. I need to gain more mass.
But, cutting is more important right now..because I dont want to become a fat ass (again). And its rather easy to fall back in old habits.

But, I have no sympathy on myself whatsoever. If i lost 60lb once then i can lose it again (w/out supplements i must add). I just need to focus, dont party, dont drink, keep it safe, and watch results come. This is all a waiting game, the one whom waits the lonest..and trains hard/eats right...will see results.

People say I dont have a life, and you know what...they prob. right, but
i dont think chillin 24/7 and smoking a blunt is not much a "life" either.

p.s.. this is not aimed at anyone on this forum..is people in general. im making a statement..i feel very _______ (whats the word?) at times.

I did 45 minutes..the machine said i burned 470 calories..but i prob. burn more since it does not know my wieght.

My leg training was okay. But f*cking p*ssy gym music. I was not focused at all..too much **** going in my head.. but what pisses me off the mos is that, at the end of the workout i get all psycho. Hell, a bit too late dont you say! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Just my recommendation. I know I'm not Mr. Leading Authority on the subject but if you're not planning to compete, and you're obviously not fat, why are you using a keto diet? Why don't you pick a competition date and work towards that? Get yourself up to 250-260 pounds and cut down to a solid 220 for the competition. There are lots of guys who could offer advice and assistance for the whole thing.

I just like to eat whatever and whenever, so a keto diet always makes me uneasy.

Well SF, the main reason why, i decided to cut on keto was because..well, last time i bulked..i gained quite a bit of fat. Which i want to get rid off. I want to really get ripped, that way i can bulk up again. But do a very clean bulk, i dislike having those love handles. Well, too bad i cant eat like you. I tend to gain fat rather quickly, so eating like crazy will only make me fatter.

BreakFast: 1 1/2 cup of cereal + 1 tuna can : CARBS: 50G PROTEIN: 40g CALORIES: 370

Lunch: ALOT OF FOOD..EST. : 600-700 calories
meal 3: alot of food....:500
meal 4: steak + rice: 400 cals (FEEL BLOATED)
meal 5: TOO MUCH FOOD.. : 500 cals.
meal 6: protein shake..b4 bed: 110
[TOTAL: CARBS: 350G PROTEIN: 210g CALORIES: 2500-2700 ]

Cardio:
Did some walking and light jogging for 50 minutes. Burned 400-500 calories total, which is pretty good.

Meal 1 : Bread + Sausage = 450 cals
Meal 2: 1 tuna can + rice/cereal = 450 cals
Meal 3 : 7 bacon strips + rice = 450
Meal 4: Tuna + cereal = 450
meal 5: TOO MUCH FOOD = 850 - 950 cals tuttut





I ATE too much..i just lost it on the weekend. Next weekend im going to eat every 3.5 hours to keep this from happening. I just got out of control! On meal 5, i really lost it..after taking a 3 hour nap, i woke up with such a hunger..
After eating all that, i feel quilty now...i feel like i have to do cardio till i drop dead...

Cardio:

Training:

overall it was an okay workout. I did not break records but felt a great pump...took 1200mg of ala before lifting..i did 80lb x 7 reps for db chest decline..it was pretty sweet..


Motivation:

After a very depressed weekend, monday i was at it again with my head high. At the gym, i looked at myself in the mirror and noticed a slight difference in fat. I felt a bit leaner then I have the last couple of weeks..days for that matter. Its been 10 days since i started to cut, and already i can notice. I have to keep this up for 2 months atleast, let nothing fool me.:cool:

[TOTAL CALORIES = 1350 + 500 = 1850]
I added 500 calories cause last nite, i woke up and ate crackers w/ mayo plus a yugort.tuttut This is a punishment for my wrong doing.!

Today, i dont feel that hungry, i dont feel to good for some reason.

Cardio:
It sucked Big time..did burned 400 cals..

BW w/ empty stomach: 200lb

Ive not seem much difference since i started to cut. its been minor noticable difference, thats why i take pics to tell better how im doing weekly. I started to get my upper abs formed better. thats always a good sign! I had 2 people say my arms are looking bigger. I was surprised, because im cutting, but I guess im losing fat im looking a bit more defined.
I dont give a crap if i lose some size, but i want to get my 6 pack. Plus want to see how my legs look shredded. Im also aware at the fact that i will most likely lose muscle and strength.

Well, the rice is a very small portion..reason being is that im taking ALA 300mg pills..i MUST take the ala with carbs, or else i get heart burn. plus ala is ment to be taken with carbs...i try to get at least .5-1 g of carbs per every 10mg. its what is surggested to be taken..

Speed walk on the tredmill for about 50 minutes. And burned a total of 550 calories.

What a mess, i had to work nad this whole week in ruined. I just went over it. Im going to take next week off dieting, and eat normal. Snap off this keto crap for one week. Then come back strong again.

Its all going to be 1500-2000 daily caloric intake from now on. And more intense cardio, because ive helted at 200lb now. This is not good, so i have to push myself. No more eating like an animal weekends.

*How do you cook your bacon? i.e. grilling, frying etc...

* why do a cardio session that burns 550 cals? wont this cause big time attrophy?

and i thought cardio was supposed to be kept minimal on ckd.

Yo Beastin, sicc progress man, i just read your whole diary and got a few questions...

When you list how many calories each piece of food consists of are you sure of this? Like are they accurate, only reason im asking is cause i cant be ****ed calculating how many cals in some bacon or whatever haha...

Next question what kind of EFA's do you take in daily?

Anyways i like your journal man, im gonna keep checkin it out cause im also cuttin on a low-carb/keto

thanks bro! is hard you know, but i have to do it!

*my bacon is grilled i guess, i put on a hot pan and let the fat get off, till is nice and crispy.

*reason being that for some damn reason i stayed at the same BW. So i try mix things up see how it goes. Thus far im happy with the results. I Appreciate the concern! we are here to help one another!

all the food i buy are labeled. 2 pieces of bacon has 70-80 calories depending on brand. Easy lol! ;-)

As for the EFA's, i used to take flax seed oil, but i ran out. So i have to get more of those since i dont get it from my diet.

sweet, cheese is allright i guess, i posted on it b4 and i got the impression that its not an actual EFA, but a fat source, whatever that means...

I use both flax and natural pb and i hate the taste of both so i just ****in eat by the spoonfull and wash it down with water...

You were sayin earlier that your freinds say u got no social life and ****, man same with me here like bodybuilding and dieting doesnt go really well with the social activities people do these days you know? My mates go get pissed/stoned or whatever then go pigout and i always have to remember to keep my diet...its hard work...last nite i sucumbed to a ****ing icecream lol

Lol, the old spoon..ahhh, it taste like crap!

Nope social activities dont go too close with bodybuilding. I try to get involved in as many as i can, but often conflits with the diet. I meet several guys, which of whom were lifting for some 3 yrs, they were big. Well, they were stupid and begun to let their social lifes take over. Now they have not lifted in about one year, or show up once every month. Sad.

For me the diet is the hardest to keep in check. But thats why i write everything i eat here on the forum. Because I keep myself in check, i used to do the notebook thing. But i would f*ck my diet up big time after awhile. I find it easier for me to keep it online.

**This week has been xtremely hardcore. Im happy at myself cause ive not gone up at nite to eat. I feel the fat melting when i did cardio, today im a bit weak/low energy. Im unsure if i should do legs today, i might wait till tomorrow's carb up, or even sunday. Even my legs are sore from just doing cardio, now thats crazy! I wont lift till i feel that i will perform good, i dislike lifting unsure.**

I felt like crap today..and i still lifted..I did way better then excepted even more since i had very little calories this whole week. I owe my success to my motivation..pain is non existant!

Heres what i did:

*2 hours before lifting i ate 1 can of tuna with a lil rice..with 600mg of ALA
*10 minutes before lifting took 4 zma pills..i have zma hp --> i need to take 8 daily...then cause my head was aching, i took one advil..pain went away..wow..i felt great when i lifted, i felt no pain when i squat or hack squatted.!

How are you breaking new PR while being on such a strict diet? mighty impressive. I have a less strict keto for only a week (to finish off my cutting phase) and I could hardly use 60% of the weights I usually throw around.

Is all on the head, well thats the case with me. LoL. I cant really answer you with concrete evidence because i have none. I can only speak with what ive expirienced thus far.

Everyday before lifting i try to go through a mental therapy. (as i call it). I ALWAYS try to get Psycho (pissed off) every day before i lift. On days that im very focused and psycho i can lift 5-15% heavier.

Maybe my im different, but since i started cutting people say i look bigger. I spent the whole summer cutting, i came back to school people said i looked WAY bigger. Now you try to explain that. I sure cant! Note that while i was cutting, i was always working my @ss off at the gym every day too.

I remember on my very first cutting cycle i was not doing keto. I lost alot of strength and was weak and also lost alot of size. On keto, i feel jsut great and with ALA i can have some extra carbs. And on keto people have always said ive gotten bigger. Sothats all i can say!

lol, i wish it is IFBB pro and my idol Ernie Taylor he's truly inspirational, ever since i met him, he totally dispelled the myths about how bodybuilders are all muscle no brains.

As for the bacon, i aint knocking it, good on ya, i was just thinking maybe a bit of variety would help motivation, how much does bacon cost? over in the uk its pretty expensive.

Well it DOES not have to be 2 days. I want to try how my body feels if i only carb up for only 1 day out of 7. I want to see how i feel next week. Its trial and error, ive never gone to that extreme YET.

Thanks, my millitary has gone up up up/ ;-) ..

Fat loss is great, today (sunday 11/24/02) i weight in at 195-196lb. Thats is awesome, im going for my 5th day of cardio today. I burned a good 600 calories yesterday. Im a bit worried though, since i might be losing muscle. I cant really tell yet since i did not lift this whole week.

Im sore today. Since i did not lift last week my lift went down a rep of two. I however changed my whole routine. I did Shoulders/Bis/Tris/Abs yesterday. I cant beleive ALL of them are sore! My arms! You know what that is? My freakin abs too and shoulders this is a miracle!

the shocking principle is probably responsible for this due to the fact that the body had to react to something totally different, this can also happen when you try a new set of exercises, or different order of exercises, reps, sets etc....

its very rare that my arms feel sore (probably why they suck!)

I think that you should live out your life, don't take your training so serious that you can't do other thingst that you love, like partying, clubbing and dating. Do those things just keep a limit over the whole thing.

Agreed :) a balance must be found with the two, many say that the two are totally opposite, but if balanced right then they can go almost hand in hand, and as your pretty young then it is important to have loads of fun, as when you get older work will tend to limit those opportunities.

Well i dont just eat and sleep lifting. I do go out and stuff, but i mean, since im cutting is tougher. As for parties, ive turned that scene down i dont like that whole scene of drinking and smoking..its just not me anymore. I try to balance and do everything that i like. Not just focus on one thing.

And yes, im very different then the rest of the teens my age.

Easy, the thing is that i ate some carbs too. since im taking in ALA. So that adds my calories up too. Simple. Im done for the day. its only 6:40 pm but i cant eat anything else today!

- Training: (Friday 11/23)
It was leg day, I was pumped like hell. I wanted to give that WBB routine II a try for my legs. I managed to do Squat: 225lb x 20 on my 1st set. I swear I could not walk after that 1st set i felt dizzy and like puking. I told myself that this is what is all about. On my 20th rep i felt every freakin leg muscle including calves shaking. I managed to keep my form better then Ive ever done before which was a plus. If i had a spotter I could had forced myself to do 2-5 more reps. Is all good. Because I had to do my 2nd set. I squatted 225lb x 15 and i was dead, i wanted to just go home. MOTIVATION BABY!




- Training: (Monday)

On Monday I took 2700mg of ALA, hell the pump was GREAT. I had never before felt my veins the way they did on Monday. They felt as though they were going to explode, I felt the blood rushing through them veins. As for my lifts, well my shoulders did not do as good as I expected. I was not too focused while I worked Ďem shoulders this Monday. But, my tris workout was amazing I must add!
I felt a great pump and went up on the lifts. Now to Biceps, MY LORD, I had NEVER felt that great of a pump. Its simply indescribable because its just one of those things that you have to experience. I did my reps slowly and with good form, on top of that, I felt my Bis been worked on each rep. Never before had I felt my biceps like I did Monday.
Normally I would only do : 40lb x 8 reps for standing DB Curls. Well Monday I did : 40lb x 12-13 reps. Then I proceeded on to work on my abdominal muscles, I did regular crunches. But I added a 25lb plate on my chest, and did super slow crunches (10-15 resp) for 3 sets.

Today Iím sore all over not as much as last week though. Its odd considering the fact that Iím taking glutamine around 15-20 grams daily.



- Cardio (Tuesday)

Today I felt like just chill at home and not do cardio. But my motivation is too big to be sucked into that state. I got psycho and went over to the gym with one of my boys. We are both training together and are losing fat too. So, we did 45 minutes in total of cardio. I managed to burn a total of 700 Calories , that may be pushing it, but since I sometimes cheat at night I had too. You see last night I woke up and ate crackers with mayo, not the healthiest of all meals. Its that my hardcore day diet takes a toll on my body and I just get up late night to eat. This is totally hindering my fat loss rate/speed..so thatís why I had to burn a few extra calories. I was totally drenched in sweat..lol..I sweat so much all the freakin time it bugs me. So cardio was a total success today, I have to keep my head high and keep it hardcore.

You look like you dropped weight which obviously you have. Have you changed your workouts at all during your cut? Your back looks to have more muscle when you were bigger, than now or it could be the change of lighting, maybe even how you were flexed.

Keep cutting, I know its hard but paste a picture of your goals in the front of your mind, stay determined.

Thanks Bud. I should really paste that pic of my goals on my mind. It can surely help a whole lot.

Sure Ive changed my workouts since i started cutting. I change it every week in fact I just change a few Exercises or the order of them. Just to keep my body guessing. I might had lost some muscle on my back plus my back lacks thickness. Also its the picture because I used a flash and lighten the picture ALOT. On top of that im very white, so It can be all of those factors. Im not doubting that ive lost a bit of muscle because I probably did.

Every week I seem to increase in certain lifts. Ive managed to do a few more reps on certain exercises (I always record everything I lift). Let me see now, My back workouts have been OKAY. But not as intense as I would like, I should kick it up another natch today! To be honest Ive remained using the same weights for my back over the last 2-3 months.

My primary goal is to lose all of this fat. I am not even half way through, still a long road ahead. I will go as far as another 2 months of cutting and then go into Maintenance for 1 month. Just give my body a break from cutting and eat much needed food.
After that short break get back to cutting again. Ive been having a hard time losing this fat, but im doing it. I know it will take me another 4-6 maybe even 8 months to get totally ripped.

Hopefully once (and if I get ripped) I will bulk VERY CLEAN and slowly to Minimize fat gains. I will bulk for 2-4 months and then cut 2-4 months to keep the fat off. But first I have to take it one day at a time dont get too ahead of myself.

what do you mean about people not liking you, you are sound as. Dont worry about it. Your action plan sounds pretty good i.e. cut 2months, 1 maintenance and so on. I agree on clean bulks they are much more beneficial in the long run as you may take longer to get there but at least when you do it will only mean a matter of weeks cutting up:)

Thursday 12/5/02 UPDATE

I went to the gym and did cardio. Burned 600 calories man that really felt like the right thing to do. There were not many people in the gym, which was a huge plus. Hopefully this weekend i can make to the gym and do a total of 4 days of cardio. I have to keep doin this cardio because I have only been doing 2-3 days of cardio. Thats not good news at all, because, I am only cheating myself. Im in no way trying to avoid cardio but always something shows up in the weekend that stops me from going to the gym. If this persists i will have to get up at 5am to do cardio, nuff said.

Christ 600cals thats good going for cardio, i prefer to use higher intensity activity as it seems to rev your metabolism a bit more, i.e. sprint training or interval training are my faves :)

i suppose its personal preference, but personally get bored off that much cardio, then again whos cares about getting a bit bored, its all about creating a work of art!

Diet:

I estimate that I have consumed between 2800-3500 calories on this carb up day. Again, Since I work on the morning I eat a lot. I work over at my old mansí restaurant, so I eat whenever I want whatever I want. Is great because I can eat a ton, but donít get paid much! Protein is well worth it though! So Yeah I Carbed up quite a bit today, I begun eating since 6:30 am. ;-)


Training:

Day off. My legs are VERY sore, Friday was a HIGH intensity day! Cant wait to start HST on Monday.


Cardio:

I ran at 6.3 mph for 20 minutes w/ incline of 4.0, something I have never been able to go that long at that speed. I just had endless energy, never felt tired or anything like that. Is the DETERMINATION.DESIRE.DEDICATION. that makes you do wild sh/t. The only reason why stopped was because I begun to get a pain. My breathing fvcked up thatís why! All in all great day!

Burned 550 calories

I walked for 10 minutes, and then ran for 20 minutes. Then walked another 5 and left.

I have certainly reached a new, higher level of mental toughness. This is mostly due at the fact that I have such a strong determination. I dont know what has come into me, but I LOVE IT. Yet another record breaker. When I started to run, I was tired and had the same sharp pain I had yesterday. But I killed the pain off my head, and told my self that its the only way to go! I walked for 5 minutes. Next to me was this older chick she was 5 minutes ahead of me, and she was rocking that treadmill.

After my warm up of 5 minutes, I begun to run at: 6.4 mhp w/ incline of 4. I hit 15 minutes, my mind was playing games with me! One side said, stop the other said..go go go go! I got psycho and begun to run at 6.8-7.0 mph. I reached 20 minutes just like I did on saturday, but I was not tired. I was thinking about Bob and how great he looked at 16. I had his picture on my head. And kept thinking how I want to look a few years ahead. I hit 25 minutes, I said..wow 25 minutes..i have come this long why not 5 more. My body wanted to fall dead but my motivation prevailed and i kept going.|

-psss...This women was running at 7.2 mph and did for 60 minutes non-stop..she got me motivated too!

So i ran for 30 minutes. Burned 700 calories. New record. Ran at: 6.4-7.0 mph. w/ incline of 4 all the way.
I stopped because I did not want to lose alot of muscle. I had a bit of juice to do 5 minutes if I pushed myself hard, but muscle loss issue!

DIET:
I went to NYC to watch a movie w/ friends. I ate alot of popcorn, no soda though. We went to eat at Steak house. I had tons of chicken and lean beef plus salad. I ate ALOT of protein thats for sure. I am clueless as to what my intake was in calories, but im sure its alot. Today is yet another exception, but I will keep log of what i will be eating in the rest of the day.



TRAINING:

My legs are sore from last friday. I am starting HST today but will skip legs. I dont want to push it too much, but will most likely train them on wednesday. My routine for this first day and first week will look like this:

We watched Start Wars 2, is old but it was on the IMAX..the HUGE screen theaters..fun.. I should had not eaten so much pop corn, I ate tons of it too! ahh screw it.


I felt weak today because I had to work with real light weight. But I had a great pump! I did not train legs, I will do so on wednesday. I took 6 300mg ala pills so that helped me get the pump.

I have really f*cked this week up BIG TIME. I few things i have to fix. In school I have not been eating lunch. But I ate a few pieces of chocolate, thats why i put 400 cals. I did not eat a whole bar, but asked people for a few pieces. So as a way to punish myself, i counted the calories. THIS HAS TO STOP, OR THIS HARD WORK IS OUT FOR WASTE.

When I got home I took my whey and started eating some steak and ate a whole lot too. It was pretty lean, but I ate some avocado too.


Training:

I did the 10 rep max for HST today, I felt a great pump. I felt pretty strong believe or not, but I was pretty tired though. My legs were wasted and so were my shoulders.

Hear Burn
F*cking ALA is giving me the only heart burn. I took 8 -- 300mg ALA. And i should had taken about 200-240 carbs when taking that much ALA. What I will do is when i take that many pills i will drop fat and up carbs a bit.

Liver Pain
I was very worried this morning because my Liver was hurting. I was sh/tting on my pants in school, the pain was not horrible but felt it. More so because I started taking creatine i was really worried. My lips were dry as hell too, so i decided to increase my water intake. The pain really was reduced as a result of the increase of water. Right now my lips are not dry what so ever and the pain is gone, thank God.

Today was an okay day in general. I did not cheat throughout the day, which is a HUGE plus. The diet has been tight and on scrutiny today! I went into cardio with a total of 1000 calories eaten throughout the day. Which is why I could only do 30 minutes, one because I did not want to loss muscle, two energy was pretty low as you can imagine.

But today in school I wanted to F*CK this fat guy. This guy is like 6 feet sumthin, fat @ss hell too. I was in class and the teacher calls on me. I said, well I had X as the answer, but I know its wrong. The big f*ck started laughing. I looked at him and said nothing, he stopped laughing alrite. I take no bull**** from no one. All my life Iíve been a bit aggressive when it comes to fighting because I aint afraid of no one when it comes to fighting. Not to be cocky, but why would he want to get f*cked up? I mean, I have 4-5+ years of shotokan karate under my belt, why bother? Rather Stupid if you want to act stupid around me. All it takes is a front kick to his crotch and he is down.


There is another kid that for some reason, since last year, he has been acting stupid with me. This guy is freakin dumb. He is such a pain on the butt. For everything he is smiling. When he tries to act smart around him I stop him on his track. For starter he thinks he is all hard and tough. I swear if you guys were to see how he acts youíll feel the same way I do about this guy. He acts so childish all the freaking time, and he is 18 years old too. Even the teacher dislikes him with a passion, thatís how bad it is. He thinks he is funny (no wonder we all call him SMILY), makes jokes about me taking steriods. I just say ďyeah okay, im on riods, that explains why am mr.O.Ē I swear, I hope one day he catches me on my bad day. Oh boy he aint ganna be smiling no more. He is ugly @ss hell, but ill make him uglier. He seats on the row next to mines a few seats behind. One day im going to get the freakin table and throw that shlt to him (LOL I DID THAT FRESHMEN YEAR, almost, the idiots respect me now like hell too).

I used to love being at school, there was an excuse to fight all the time and especially with a split rivalry that remained. We were in fights every other day. But then i wised up and concentrated on the studies. Although dont get me wrong it was fun:)

- Training

I was pumped to go heavy today, took 8 ala pills. I was hungry to hit the gym hard. I did a bit better then I expected.Here are a few sample of my lifts. Today I had to find my 5 rep max.


All Lifts were performed with near perfect or perfect form, slow and concentration on muscle which was being worked.


1. Squat 295lb x 7 - I had not hit 295lb on Squat for a long time. I could had squezed a few more reps, only that, I was not too psycho plus music s*cked. That was not even failure though, i stopped cause on HST i was supposed to stop once I feel that my form is going to suffer.




2. Flat DB Press 80lb x 6 - Could not be more disappointed!




3. Cable Row 180lb x 6 - I did okay considering the fact that I kept my form so tight. I really felt the back mucles being worked.



4. DB Shrugs 100lb x 8 - Long time since I last did shrugs . I did pretty good.



5. DB Mil. Press 75lb x 8 - I was not surprised at all. I could had squeese in 2-3 more reps. I am kicking myself on the nuts for not going to 10 reps. I should had tried 80lb on each arm instead. You know whats funny, alot of guys that think they are hard, on the gym. Well they do 60lbs and can do like 6 reps, whats sad is, they do half reps, they cant even put the db's on position, plus they have a guy spotting them on each rep...well doing the reps for them! Pathetic really. Not me, I do a full range of motion. I laugh at those 75lb dumbells!




6. DB Curls 45lb x 5 (1st set) 45lb x 7.5 (2nd set) - I felt my freakin arms pumpin! I never felt my arms like that, nor have I ever gone to that poundage. I really out-did myself. You know what I found odd today. On my second sets of the same exercise, i found myself doing atleast 1 more rep then on the 1st set. I did 7.5 becuase I did a full rep with my left hand but when it came time to go with my right, it jsut gave up on me.


7. Tricep Press Down 100lb x 8 - Pretty high for me..


8. Abs - I placed 25lb on my chest and did a perfect 20 reps. I held the contraction on each rep, this is awesome way to feel that burn.



I was a bit worried on how I was going to perform today. Because I was sore all over today, mostly on my legs. All in all Great day in the training dept.

I felt pretty good today, confident high as usual. I just have one thing that has troubled me for ages now.

THINGS I HATE ABOUT MY GYM

1. These domican guys, which i though were cool, boy was I WRONG. They are so LOUD. From the moment they step there feet on the gym, you can hear them scream at each other. What pisses me off, is that even though you are at the other end of the gym, you can still hear those idiots. Its getting me mad. THE GYM IS TO LIFT YOU IDIOTS. They are always talking so much sh*t. They aint THAT big either. Big deal he can bench 225lb..but these guys can't even squat the freakin 45lb bar.



2. Guys that are always hitting on girls. Boy nothing else angers me the most then this. I can give two sh*t about them, but it angers me when i am trying to lift and they are japping away next to me. I see these old guys hitting on high school girls, damn stop trying soo hard old people..just tell them you want to f*ck their tight p*ssy, just not when i am training !


3. Idiots that talk soo much to you that you just cant help but to tell them to shut up. There is nothing more annoying then when you are trying to squat to failure and some idiots is askin questions or getting in front of your mirror. I just pay 0 attention to them and stay focused but once in a while i f*ck up.

4. People that go to the gym to chill EVERYDAY. These are the people that have NO LIFE. Sure I might not have a LIFE either. But, these people go to the gym just to talk talk talk. And to try to score all the time.THIS IS NOT A CLUB PEOPLE.

5. Stuck Up People. This is stupid, in my opinion, because I always look at people in the eye and say "hey whats up". This is a confidence sign. Some are so stuck up and feel inferior to everyone else, and just ignore you. So much for trying to be polite. When I GET REAL PSYCHO before a set, I do blank out. But I am not like that all the time. Eye contact people.

Like this one girl. She is a #4 and #2, she goes to the gym and does cardio for 5 minutes and goes to the back to talk. Thats all she does. Once I said hey. She gave me a dirty smirk. I said okay b*tch, I wont ever say sh*t to you again. Now I just ignore her every time I see her around. I once did lock eye contact and gave her the look..the "I dont give a f*ck about you ugly b*tch" look..



6. Teenagers that go by the front, main window, which is where the tradmills are. So you can see the people walking by and they can see inside the gym. Well my gym is on a pretty busy street. Anyways, these idiots, thug wanna-be(s) mind you, pace by making fun of the people running. I look at them and jsut stare them down. I dont fear those skinny f*cks. I just want them to come in and try to run for 5 minutes alone. These people are so ignorant, they dont see beyond their low lifes. They dont see the dededication many people at the gym have. Pisses me off BIG TIME. They will die at the age of 21 for drug overdose.

well its true, no reason to hide what I think. For the most part many people at the gym are really cool, but the above really make my day bad, kinda, cause i use them to fuel my workout..ahaha. So when i go home we are even ;-).


MY TYPING SUCKS..I know, im cuban what do expect? Plus I am too lazy to re-read these things.

Thats true, if you bash them up them even though they will be physically worse off, other factors may play against you later.

Deadlifts are good, especially for the back, glutes, hams and i love the work my abs yet, just make sure you get them back as soon as possible:)

Diet is way off. I tried to maintain below 3500 calories. Next Week is everyday HARDCORE! F*ck I am going to a party next week..This is why cutting during this time s*cks.. But I have to stay focused and not lose my cool. I will Keep my diet in check the whole week.


Cardio.

Did intervals, burned 450 cals in 30 minutes.

I hope you don't mind me making this stop and saying hello. You may or may not know this but you really come off as very intense. Its refreshing to see someone so RAW about life. Not everybody can handle it.

Wow, its a busy looking street that you live on, ill post mine when i got my camera back (getting an updated version). Although what you will see is quite different.

Thats nothing! That street aint that busy, i will post a busy street. The city I live in is the most densely populated city per mile square in the whole U.S.A. Plus that was an "okay" zone, you dont want to see the real bad side.


Heh Ill try not to pig out much..starting tomorrow I will get into a tighter diet, that includes what I eat on Weekends.

When he tries to act smart around him I stop him on his track. For starter he thinks he is all hard and tough. I swear if you guys were to see how he acts youíll feel the same way I do about this guy. He acts so childish all the freaking time, and he is 18 years old too. Even the teacher dislikes him with a passion, thatís how bad it is. He thinks he is funny (no wonder we all call him SMILY), makes jokes about me taking steriods. I just say ďyeah okay, im on riods, that explains why am mr.O.Ē I swear, I hope one day he catches me on my bad day. Oh boy he aint ganna be smiling no more. He is ugly @ss hell, but ill make him uglier. He seats on the row next to mines a few seats behind. One day im going to get the freakin table and throw that shlt to him (LOL I DID THAT FRESHMEN YEAR, almost, the idiots respect me now like hell too).

I did great, I did intervals again..ran at 7.9-8.2 for several minutes..I am getting used to the high speed, i did not get tired at all. My cardio fitness has increased greatly.



- Burned 450 cals
- 30 Minutes


Diet, was okay, I have been studying for a stupid Chemistry Test. So much crap to learn. If I fail, after studing for so long, i will drop out of school.
