Though it was at least about 3000 miles to the states from England to the US, would you not end up in the sea if you travelled 1000 miles?:D;):p

Knowing Wal-mart, i wouldn't be suprised if they had a store in the middle of the ocean! ;)
chicken - buy the book by mccance and widdowson complete food table list. it contain over 1,000 foods and has both macro and micro nutrient breakdowns. i am not sure on the exact title but it the best text of its kind if your student library has a food + nutritonal section they will have the book, but genreally its to technical for most common library
