Is it OK to have a protein shake (protein powder and milk) alongside juice and creatine post work-out? On the milk label it says it contains 4% vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Would the creatine juice drink takin with this the protein shake cause upset stomach or any other negative affects???

don't use milk with protein post workout...
if you are going to use milk for protein drinks use skim or non-fat milk. milk fats can hamper protein absorption as the digestion of processed proteins like whey and caesin is not the same as when it's found it it's naturally occuring form...
there is no problem with using creatine with acidic fruit juices

hmm always heard u need to take creatine with non-acidic juice. maybe it was all just hype?
ok so protein shake with no fat milk and creatine juice is cool taken together post workout? thanks.;)
oh yea, creatine IS best taken post workout right?

You take creatine with carbs.

Yes, post-workout would be best......even better if you take that protein shake with water(just in case you missed that in LAM's post)
you can take 1/2 serving of creatine before training with water and the other 1/2 with protein/carbs post workout or take the entire serving post workout

I'm lactose intolerent so I do soy milk.
Soy milk rocks especially when mixed with my banana flavored soy protein.
