I just realized I ate 5 cups of cottage cheese yesterday. Does that make me addicted to dairy products or am I just half cow?

I love that stuff as well. Go through 500ml a day. Actually I am going to have some now.

Eh, thats pretty normal. I'd estimate about 35-40% of my diet is dairy based. Or maybe I'm half cow as well... :D

I have grown to love cottage cheese too. But I just eat it at night before bed.
