I would recommend getting your food from more natural sources. By that I mean less pre-packaged foods. Get your protien from lean sources such as chicken, fish, lean beef, eggs. Throw in some complex carbs from things like oats and yams, and don't forget healthy fats. Put these three things together at each meal. Fibrous vegetables are also good to have (except maybe at breakfast). You can look over the online journals and get some meal ideas. I would also add simple carbs post-workout. I would space my meals no longer than three hours apart as well.

How long have you been on this diet, and have you gained anything so far?

Well I have my meals as close together as I can. I have school from 8-2 and then I usually work at 4 or 5. As for all the pre-packaged food, I'm a really picky eater and I don't like a lot of foods. And it's really hard for me to eat a good meal at school/work because the food either sucks, or I just don't like it. I figured with the pre-canned food I could get a decent meal and get all my nut. requirements.

Do you like chicken? Get a bunch of frozen chicken breasts and cook a bunch at a time so you always have some handy.
