I'm going to be taking a new multi vitamin called Sea Silver (it looks good!)
anyway, does anyone have any idea when would be best to take it?
Morning, pre workout, post workout, before bed?
I'm not sure if it makes any difference but I figured I'd ask and see if anyone had any input!!!
Its a liquid, so I could take a small dose periodically throughout the day...
but thats kinda a pain in the ass if its not really worth it:)
