I would substitute a lot of the sugar for complex carb sources, especially the fruits.

Another thing i noticed is that you eat fructose pre-workout. Fructose will go to liver glycogen instead of muscle glycogen, you want to cram your muscles full of glycogen pre-workout, not your liver. So instead of eating fructose, eat some glucose. Same goes for post workout, you want glucose in your muscles post workout, not your liver.

Have more eggs in meal 1. Fruit is fine pre workout. It's what I do. Your Glycogen stores are probebly already pretty full from the previous meals so don't worry about that.

Eat more oats.

Eat more quality meat .... not from Subway. like beef, turkey, chicken, tuna.

Take 1000 - 2000 mg Vit C a day.
Take Vit E and Magnisium.
And all the B's

Train hard.

Replace the fruits with a high GI glucose carbs.

Maltodextrin would be the best.

dextrose is ideal. and yes only after triaining. Take an Average amount if in powder form. :)

how about replacing post workout fruit juice or grape juice (grapes are fruits btw) with the whey protein in skim milk? that way you get the milk sugars and some more protein in there.

ps- myoplex and subway are gonna love you.

best not take your Whey with milk. Have it with Water. Milk slows the digestion process down. and you want that whey in there quick sharp ...... that's why your having Whey and Dextrose/maltodextrin. Partly for an insulin spike ........ insulin being a peptide hormone and something that will carry nutriants into your depeted areas.

I'd say 50-60 grams of dextrose, if you can handle it. (provided that's the only post-workout carb)
