was 172 in august, but with my move from NY to san diego, ca. my diet has been pretty medicore at best for the last 6 weeks. id like to be about 170 without losing TOO much strength. well see!

Back looks wider. Good progress, dude.
Back looks like the main weak point from what I can see. Otherwise looking good. How are the legs?
