"Russian Bear 5000 is a high calorie, NO FAT, protein filled weight gainer packing a whopping 5,000 calories and 292 grams of protein per serving. In other words, you can gain lean muscle weight without putting on any UNWANTED FAT! This special formula aids in the prevention of vital stores of glycogen from being used by your muscles until you start an intense training session or need time to recupe. Contains 4lbs. "

Ingesting that much protein at once isn't going to be very effective. Also, that part about not putting on unwanted fat is total crap. Just because the stuff doesn't have fat in it doesn't mean it can't make you fat. Fat isn't the enemy, calories are. 5000 calories is disgustingly high for one serving of ANYTHING. Most people only take in 3500-4000 calories total in 24 hours over the course of 6 meals for bulking. 5000 in one serving can't be healthy or beneficial at all. Also, you probably only get maybe 5 servings from 4 lbs of that. You will be ingesting an assload of powder for one serving.

I love that. Look, take 32 scoops of Nlarge. That's 400 grams of protein, 4800 whopping calories. So what. That gainer has a large serving size.

Are you from a non-english speaking country?

Anyways, Its still rediculous. A gallon of milk? That adds how much more protein and ****?

And they cant possibly think you'll use this as a supplement to a regular diet. You'd get protein poisoning...or something like that.

The product is obviously not meant for humans. It is..FOR GODS!
