this stuff....IMO is a bunch of garbage.....i decided to try this stuff......did if for bout 1 1/2 month.....no results...just felt really tired in the gym.....so....dont buy this junk....waste of money....but....i if ye like bubblegum flovour....its pretty good for that....

i did double the dosage; still, no results. garbage pure and simple.
