Whats the best things you've all found for packing on the lean mass? I'm talking supplements, not training. I'm new to supplements. I try to get as much protein as possible, but I could use more help.

I would honestly have to say that drinking maltodextrin and dextrose post workout with 2000mg vitamin c has been the best thing I have used

other then vitamins and creatine the only other supps I use are protein

I have found that eating large quantities of food has helped. As far as supps go I just stick to creatine, glutamine, and post-workout carb/protien shake. A good with a caloric excess will help you add lean muscle mass.

This is what I've seen. diet around 17-18 cal/lb current BM. Look to gain about 1 lb/wk. I no gain, increase caloric intake by ~200 cal. If you gain more than 2 lb, cut calories by ~200. Weigh each week.

Supplements: Whey protein and creatine seem to be the tried and true for most. Pre and Post nutrient intake is a must imo.
