I'm trying to develop a training diet so I have a couple questions. How much protein should I be getting daily? How much water? I try to drink about a gallon a day right now. I'm on the road all day at work, so any tips on what to bring or what I can buy on the road would be appreciated.

Well, as far as protien, I try and get at least one gram per pound of body weight. Just drink water all day long, (you should have to piss very often). To give you a good diet we need more info, like age, bogy type, weight. What are your goals? Are you trying to bulk or cut?
