Well, the time has come, NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!

I'm back and I'm not slacking off anymore.

Stats 6'0, 193 18 percent bf.

Goals 6'0 210 8-10 bf

Diet - Can't cook in the mornings so for breakfast.

Shakes and oatmeal

snack more oatmeal

Lunch chicken or steak, brown rice

snack tuna or whatever will do

Dinner shakes, chicken, steak, fish or turkey more brown rice with black beans and maybe a salad.

Nightime snack shakes.

Lets do this, oh and when I come off of work, I can cook 2 egg whites in olive oil.

Good.
