There are always a lot of questions regarding how much protein/carbs/fat one needs for optimum nutrition - and I came across this semi-informative article about the disagreement among 'professionals' regarding what is the best.

Personally - I like hearing that more protein is a good thing.

it just goes to show; all the 'expert advice' in the world is no substitute for eating sensibly and cleanly, and modifying your diet intelligently based on your body's responses.

Very true and I would add that while experts disagree, they disagree within a reasonably narrow range.
