Many you have to have some humor. Anyways that is really up to you on how much you want to put in. After a workout I head a 3:1 ratio for carbs to protein. I usually have about 60 - 70 grams a serving with creatine then I have my protein shake.

Lol, I go with 50-75 grams of a dextrose and malodextrin combo, and 40-50 grams of whey.

50 - 60 g that`s crazy
I just add 35 g of dextrose and 25-30 g of protein.
remember this: your body cannot digest a lotta protein at once.
so the more isn`t better
stick to 25-30 g of protein and you`ll be sure that it all gets digested

Just wondering why you think 50-60 grams is crazy? I usually go with a 3:1 ratio of carbs to protien post-workout.

protein digestion and utilization are two seperate things. the body can "digest" any amount of protein that is ingested

I am try something new now, and I seem to be getting better results from it. (as for as feeling sore)

80g dextrose : 23g protein - post workout
banana + 23 - 40g protein - 30 min later
40 - 60g complex carbs + 30 -50g protein meal 1.5 after workout

BTW, LAM your huge. What are your secrets. Are you just one of those that are genetically gifted becasue I want to get up to be that size but even on clean bulks everythings still seems to go to the belly.

no secrets man...take your time and listen to your body. don't make drastic changes to diet/supplementation or training at the same time, you can not tell what has helped or not
