I'm about to goto work so I need to post another one. Just wonderin' what all of you Individually take in your weight training regimes supplement wise ? Examples would be like any stackers or juices etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Sorry to bother you all again. Later.

Creatine/carb mix. Protien bar(before & after). Multi vitamin. Sometimes a blue ox energy drink.

Whey protein, maltodextrin/dextrose, creatine, BCAA's and other amino acids, ALA, multivitamin, vitamin C, vitamin E

Morning... NLarge2 w/5g glutamine.
Post workout... 30g whey isolate protein, 5g creatine, 5g Glutamine, 40g dextrose
Bedtime... 30g blended protein, 5g glutamine

Training days (3 X week):

30 gr whey+ 50 gr carbs+3-5 gr creatine right before morning workout.
30 gr casein+ 2 tablespoons cocunut oil+ 2 olive oil
20 gr whey+20 grams casein+75 gr carbs +3-5 gr creatine split between pre and post my PM workout.

Every day:

Pharmaceutical grade liquid magnesium supplement
One or two tablespoons cod liver oil.
