why wouldn't you take your creatine as soon as you got done working out and then your whey about 20 minutes later. Then the creatine would suck up the whey in your muscles. Has anybody thought of this? Or am I just behind?

How exactly would the creatine 'suck up the whey in your muscles?'

does creatine not absorb water into your muscles, why wouldn't it do this with creatine.

I believe creatine causes your muscles cells to hold water. I don't think creatine actually soaks up water, although it will dissolve in water.

where does it get the water to hold then if it don't absorb it

Creatine won't transport whey protein into your muscles.

He thinks that because you mix whey powder in water, that the protein will go wherever the water goes.
