What is the difference between 19nor and 1-ad. Ive heard bad things about 19nor and good things about 1-ad.

What do you guys think of these 2 products.

do a serach 1-ad and 19nor work great just at there respective antagonist areas.. 1-ad is more effective at building muscle mass over 19nor but they both can be taken together but preferbally 1-ad and 4-ad!

Stack 1-ad and 4-ad,if you wanna get big dude,but nothing works if you don't have a good diet and get your rest

If you really want to try something, me and Dante were talking about this over at MMM..You should do 4 weeks trans/ 1-AD take three weeks off and then 4 weeks of 1-Test/ethersubstrate version...that is the next thing I am going to try before I turn to the dark side..

No company. I'm not sure what he meant by trans/1-AD--I'd assume he means two different products together(e.g. some transdermal AND 1-AD) Pat Arnold experimented with a transdermal 1-AD right when he first brought 1-AD out, and was surprised to learn it was actually less efficacious than the oral version. The reasons for this have been discussed(by him and Bill L.) a fair bit over on Elite.

both are crap. go with 1 testosterone either, its more expensive but it does work.
