Does this seem ok to eat, i love french Toast, so I put 8 egg whites in a bowl added a touch of cinnamon, then dipped two slices of whole wheat toast bread and then cooked in griddle with pam spray. Also add a little calorie reduced syrup on top. But I can afford the calories.

Not as important when you're bulking, but I'd limit the amount of high GI carbs you are intaking when you're cutting.

I don't think 2 slices of whole wheat bread a day is going to be significantly detrimental. Enjoy your breakfast, it's the best meal of the day! :D
