(First post, so if this is off topic sorry.)

To eat or not to eat!?!

Since I started dating my girlfriend over a year ago, I've managed to hit the gym maybe once a week. I've retain some muscle mass but what was lost has been replaced by F.A.T. At a whopping 13 %. I'm 6' 5" so it doesnt look that bad.

Question is: I'm in a postition where I feel like I'd want to bulk up (good for winter) then loose the fat, but as I look at my body it says get rid of the fat NOW! :help: I'm at roughly 200lb and would like to be 220-230 below 10% fat by spring

Any advising would be awesome,

Get on a diet. Doesn't have to be necessarily to loose weight. But you should stratigize some type of eating and workout plan to start from.

If I were you I would start with 3600 cals/day. 200g or more protien. eating 5 times a day atleast. Depending on the results you want, mess with your fat and carb intake. Since you wanna bulk I'd say 4 sessions a week on the weights(would have to put together a routine). And since you want to cut back on the fat try cardio 1 to 2 times per week for starters.

This is a pretty general response to your question. I could litteraly write you atleast 5 pages for a response, but its something to think over. Just ask more questions as you go a long.

13% is not that much. I would bulk to around 15%, then cut slowly.

You should bulk up. If your goal is to be 220 @ 10%bf cutting will only delay you.
