I used the famous NitroTech, Celltech stack for the last two weeks. Since i started, my max bench has increased by 185 lbs and I have lost 205 lbs of fat, leaving me lean and mean. the best part is that to achieve this, I only had to use a rolled up newspaper as a weight!

Thanks NitroTech!

I was just kiddin by the way.. actualy, I did use NitroTech for a while, and noticed three things...

1) My wallet got pathetically light, and I had to resort to pimpin' off my little sister to pay for it..

2) I got really bad GI tract issues from it.. its the only protein that has realy done this to me..

3) I found that honestly, Optimum 100% whey or ProLab whey works better anyway, and is 1/2 the price..

i think the gains you saw were more related to the fact that you have been bustin your ass than the brand of supplement you've been taking... IMO anyway.....

Use Optinum Nutrition's 100% Whey...in my opinion its an amazing deal...with the amound of servings u get...and all the ammino acids u get in it too...ive acutally bought an amino acid supp....joe weiders' amino 12000 te be exact..and when comparing the amounts....the whey had a higher serving of each amino per serving then the amion supp did...which i though was pretty good...and for the price...u can beat it..

ive found a store in my area where i can get nitro-tech for a cheaper price than optimum's 100% whey, so i was considering about maybe getting it.

so honestly, do u guys criticize muscle-tech products because they suck or because they are too expensive? should i get it or not?

By the way, ive noticed that nitro-tech contains creatine, its listed as an ingredient but its not advertised by muscletech as one of the key ingredients in nitro-tech. is this just their way of claiming that ppl are making great gains on just protein, when its really just water weight from the creatine?

does any1 actually know how much creatine there is per serving?

I like criticizing Muscletech's products because of their dumbass advertising.. But also, I don't think that they are nearly as effective as they make it out to be... Honestly, I have better results using cheaper, "normal" supplements that i do with Muscletech stuff.. Just don't let yourself get caught in the advertising... Try the stuff, and see for yourself.. I can almost guarantee that the biggest change you'll notice, hen compared to the changes you'llg et from other brands, will be the change in your bank balance.. thats about it.. Oh, and you'll probably notice alot more GI tract issues too.. I think they use alot of whey concentrate in their products..

Where did you find Nitrotech for the same price as Optimum? Mys econd question would be, when did it expire?? 1998?? Usually that stuff is about 2x the price of optimum for the same amount....

adam4444:
this if from netrition.com

Nitro-tech:

Ingredients: SynthePro (Whey Peptides [modified weight and partially pre-digested (hydrolyzed) Whey Protein concentrate (providing di- oligo-, and poly-peptides) {Shorter and longer chains of amino acids}], whey protein concentrate, and new Ion-Exchanged specially-filtered 97% Whey Protein Isolate, I-leucine, I-methionine, I-phenylalanine, lactoferrin {SynthePro full spectrum whey protein fractions include- Beta Lactoglobulin ~55%, Alpha Lactalbumin ~15%, Glycomacropeptides ~21%, Immunoglobulins ~3%, Bovine Serum Albumin ~2%, Lactoferrin <1%), micronized creatine monhydratecocoa powder (Dutch process);Insulogen (guar gum, d-myo-inositol, glucomannan, taurine, pharmaceutical-grade alpha lipoic acid, Inzitol (D-pinitol) Nitrozen (L-arginine, glycosidal saponins, folic acid), natural & artificial flavors, glutamine Blend (I-glutamine, glutamine peptides, calcium alpha ketoglutarate), dipotassium phosphate, lecithin, magnesium oxide, n-acetyl-cysteine, dL-tocopherol acetate, acesulfame potassium aspartame, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Shankerr: i live in Cyprus, and generally supplements are pretty expensive here, but i found this store where u can become a member for $15 a year, and u get discounts on their products, so with the discount nitro-tech comes out cheaper than optimum, without the discount its the same price.

I called the company; apparently there is less than 1g of creatine in the nitro-tech, but, with muscle-tech, who knows what you're actually getting. I would just spend your money on the Optimum 100% whey; it works just as well. Top choice, although a little pricey, has to got to Isopure though (as far as results). If you want a good mixture of fast and slow absorbing proteins, go with prolab's Lean mass Matrix (the cinnamon oatmeal flavor tastes like your drinking cinnamon toast crunch cereal).

I would never use their products because I find their advertising an insult to my intelligence. A company that expects their costumers to fall for such low marketing strategies must spend a lot of time laughing at "those suckers that buy our products". 700% better than something that is not even mentioned?
