Hey everyone. I have a two part question. #1 Has anyone tried the new XENADRINE protein bars?? I was wondering how they tasted. I would buy them But NO GNC ever has them by my house.
2. I have been training with allot of Cardio latley. When I wake up in the morning. I ride 2 Mile 6 days a week too the Gym with my Mountain bike. Train with weights for about an hour to an hour and a half. Then Ride all the way back another two miles. And then three time out of the week I work with my speed and heavy bags. And do some plyometrics as well. Now my question for all of you is. Would taking a Diatery such as Xenadrine. Mess me up. Seeing as My Heart rate WOuld be through the roof!!!!! WIth all that training. Do you think it would be wise too add the fat burner.
