Hi everyone. I was wondering if I could appeal to some of the experts here for some advice. I'm really starting to get my crap together and I have a good meal and workout plan set out. But I have a question about supplements. Without getting too in-depth like taking certain amounts of whey protein and the like, what would be one or possibly two general supplements to encourage muscle growth for the more than casual, but not quite bodybuilding, weight lifter?
