How do you eat them? Please share any cool recipes or eating methods.

#1 - stab with knife repeatedly, cook in microwave 10-12 minutes, eat

#2 - stab with knife repeatedly, wrap in tinfoil, bake in oven at 375-400 degrees F, unwrap, eat

#3 - skin, eat

Well I was thinking more of things to add flavor (spices, sauces, etc.)

cinammon sugar, butter, brown sugar

Those are the 3 I like but not all at the same time. Sometimes butter and either or. Mostly just cinammon sugar but brown sugar works good too. Use butter sparingly but cinammon sugar is my personal preference.

Bake in oven (no need to stab; just wrap in tinfoil).

Top with saigon cinnamon and equal.

Voila.

I like to cut them into almost-quarters with a paring knife (don't cut all the way through, allowing the skin to hold it together) and then just nuke it for 5 mins

I think the taste is fabu all by itself but if I was gonna season them I would choose something sweet to enhance the natural sweetness (i.e. a bit of honey or brown sugar) or something zesty to provide contrast

Nuke it, peel it, and eat it with sour cream and some cinnamon.

Until tender. 45-75 mintues at 420 degrees seems to work fine.
