just eat another meal, it will be good for you. Maybe have a protein shake.

Eat some cottage cheese before you go to bed.

Whey before bed is best taken with milk to slow the absorption rate of the whey.

Whatever floats your boat, just eat.

all you're basically trying to do is replace the cals your burned while playing. So say you burn 200 cals (total estimate), eat something to the tune of 200 cals and you will still be in deficit/surplus/maintanance, whatever your goal at the time.

Are you worried about eating too many cals total, or are you just trying to not eat late. There really is nothing wrong with eating some of your cals late, provided the cals are in your normal range for the day. If you are hungry and you are not cutting then eat, hell I'm not even sure what it feels like to be hungry.

you should be eating at least 2 more times after 7 pm if you go to be near 11-12 pm.

Yeah I always get this problem because I study late.
I make a ham and cheese sandwhich.
Only take a minute to make and fills me up , but not too much before bed.
