what are the best types of protein and creatine supplements?...i currently use gnc's megacreatine and nitrotech for extra protein

add some dextrose in with that and you have your self a cheaper killer after workout drink.

Nitro-Tech is overpriced. Compared to Whey.

it says the stuff added'nitric oxide" helps it absorb easier into your muscles...

remember supplements are not regulated so supplement manufactuers can say they cure cancer and AIDS.
