ok ive been traing for around 2 months now,
started bulking about 1 week ago i weighed 13 & half stone
1 week later i weight just over 14 stone,
so i have put on just over half a stone :)
i think that is very good concidering i dont eat big,
just light 4 meals a day
lunch - tuna sandwich
dinner - chicken sandwichs with cottage cheese,
everning 4 slices of toast with peanut butter
just before bed, - 2 slices of toast with peanut butter or cottage cheese sandwich
dosent sound much but it seems to be working ??
what you guys think????

also at the moment im not taaking any protein powers
ive seen a 1600 caliore weight gainer at the gym and was thinking of getting this, as i might help with my bulking also it will have protein in it, but im not sure how much protein it has in it.
its a massive container and would probly last me around 2 months. compaired to the whey protein they sell (small container & 10 pound more expensive) and would probley last 1-2 weeks,
just cant make my mind up what one to go for? weight gainer or whey protein?
need some opinions
