Ok....let's get down to the nitty gritty. I'm pretty big and strong for my size now. 5'9".....190. But now what I want to do is Use the Hydroycut to help loose some fat, but at the same time use the creatine to help with my recovery. If i use these both at the same time will i be putting my self at risk??? I did a search and came up empty handed so i'm hoping you guys can help me out.

As far as taking a EC stack and Creatine together shouldn't be a problem as long as you take the EC Stack about 2 prior to taking the Creatine. Caffine has an effect on creatine.

As far as taking Liquid Creatine I would stick with the powder. I tried the liquid stuff and it did nothing. As far as Hydroxycut; there are cheaper alternatives, IMO.

Yes, space out the ECA stack and the creatine as the ECA will inhibit absorption of the creatine.

The liquid/serum is bogus as I said. There will hardly be any creatine in there as creatine is unstable in liquid form. It will quickly degrade into creatinine, something similar to what happens in the body. The creatinine will just get excreted out.

Since you guys are the experts on this I'm totally going to follow you on this one. What kind of Creatine do you guys recomend then??? I took Cell-Tech for like 3 weeks last year and noticed a difference, but i'm sure you guys know the better alternative's seeing that the muscletech stuff will burn a hole in your pocket. Also what would work like the hydroxycut and how far apart should i space out the dossages??? THANKS A TON

You don't to pay for the advertising at all just make it your self.

EC stack; simple buy ephedra pills and some caffine pills and take it with an asprin an hour before training and your set.

Cell-tech; Creatine monohydrate(5g) + Dextrose(70g) + ALA (alpha lipoic acid)

Homebrew is the way to save money.

no one thinks that this is controdicting. Creatine a supplement known to retain water, for a reason, and hydroxycut an ephedra based product known for dehydration, or lack of water. Come on seriously if your want to lose some fat lay of the creatine for a couple of weeks. You problably have some bloating going on and you don't relize it because your used to it by know. but then again if your taking serum your creatine consumption is less than .05 grams. so you are gaining any thing from its use.

The caffeine isn't that big of a diuretic. It's fine to take both to help retain muscle and shed fat.

only cheap brands of creatine cause true water retention outside of the muscle cell. cheaper brands of creatine use low grade raw materials and sub-standard manufacturing processes which result in a end product with a high sodium content.

don't buy cheap supps from no-name company's !

Take prolab creapure micronized creatine with some grape juice; that's all you need. Who says you can't cut up while takin creatine?

There is hardly any actual creatine in creatine serum. In liquid form, creatine is unstable and quickly gets converted into creatinine.

So yes, I'd say whatever results you had were not because of the serum.
