When do you take it and how often?
Also, Is there a limit for the junkfood or calories you consume?

Cheat = usual eating is not considered = diet is not considered = anything i want = Cheat.

A cheat day is a cheat day. There's no real concern for what you eat. If you are worried about the effects of your cheating, then don't.

I cheat once a week. I eat anything I want, but I usually eat small portions anyway. That way I can have a variety.

I love cheat days. I eat everthing. I make a list if things that I been craving and in my cheat day I go hog wild. ANd I need to get my Vanilla Coke fix also. PIzza, Cheeseburgers, Nachos, Huge fat sticky cinimon rolls, oreo cookies, beer, snickers, and I finish of my cheat day with a protein shake.

i noticed i cant eat the same anymore. I used to eat pizza and ice cream everyday, but now i cant do it. I either get sick, or the next day my appitite is gone.

I eatr whatever I just try to consume enough protein, thats the only restriction i have on my diet. Like instead of a normal pizza have the meat lovers :D
Is it alright to eat clean on a cheat day, but just eat more (for the purposes of firing up metabolism)?

If you can "stand" it, cheat mostly on carbs.. It s way better to eat a ****load (chic) of carbs than eating tons of fat.. and it is even worse to combine high amounts of carbs and fat in the same time.
However, I tend to agree with Robboe.. cuz you may add some more bodyfat if you cheat on.. everything, but in the long term run it may be proved to be more benefitial.

its a cheat day eat whatever the hell you want.
i have no cheat days, i re-feed with carbs and allow myself one cheat meal at night on friday OR saturday, usually because of ingestion of cannabis/ethanol on one of those days turns off my bodybuilding sense of re-feed.
