Light colored lettuce is mostly just water, but dark colored greens and other typical salad things like tomatoes and onions have various vitamins and phytochemicals

agreed.....lots of good phytochemicals, a good source of iron, onion has health benefits, and it's a great source of fiber. I would venture a salad would be better for you then taking a multivit....better absorption of nutrients at least.
i am a firm believer in salads.
I to enjoy eating veggies. They have many benifits such as vitamins and natural anti-oxidants. Just don't drown them in dressing. My girlfriend is a vegitarian so I hear all about it.

best part is all that fibre clears out that hard to move protein from your bowels!:D

exactly...unless your on a keto, in which case carbs are not your friend..or something..*lol*
In keto, eat yourself about 4 cups of Oats on your carb load day(s). All that roadblock will come out in a hurry. :D
