why isnt anyone replying to my question

not enough calories there bro...looks to me like you are eating 1400 calories there tops, i would try to include more EFAs in there, and some green vegetables if you can stand to eat them.

the reason why i dont eat vegies cause they got alot of carbs
and what are efa's
'
veggies have little to no carbs, most of which are fibrous and non-active
EFAs are essential fatty acids

at night i eat alot of meats
i still think you need to get some EFAs in there...meat really doesn't provide any, you need to get some flax oil or eat more eggs
you need to eat EFA's through out the day. your cals are WAY to low

Veggies have very little carbs in them...and the carbs they do have are fibrous carbs. You need to re-evaluate your diet.

Not the way you're eating, you're not.
Is there a reason you aren't listening...wake up!
First, to get into ketosis you just need carb depletion, not get stupidly low in your calorie consumption.
Second, green leafy vegetables (as i and others have said) are extremely low in carbohydrates, rich in fiber, and will help control any cravings you may experience.
Third, the blunt of your diet is hot dogs and peanut butter, you need variety in there...you can eat bacon, nuts (nuts do have carbs, but most have fiber too, so carb amount is usually negated), you also need to take some type of multi-vitamin if you continue to refuse to eat more nutrient dense food.
Finally, are you doing a CKD? if so, that's a three day training split and don't forget your carb up, because no carbs at all may make you lean, but it will also make you very dead!

You are on starvation mode. You're not getting any protein and I bet the 4 lbs you lost are muscle.
