that is usually an indication of too low of calories, that or you were carrying a lot of fat on your chest and arms which is an indication that your bulking cycle was mostly fat and not much hypertrophy.

Not knowing about your diet or workout, I'd have to agree with Pup. Maybe it's time to try a clean bulk for a month. Give yourself a chance to put on a little mass and get your metabolism back up. Then try cutting again. JMO. Good Luck!

Frank, you lose fat from lots of places, not just abs, remember. So if you're dropping weight and it looks like there's none coming off your midsection, it may be because you're losing from your lower back, your ass, your legs, your arms, your face etc... Fat doesn't necessarily come off the old abs all the time. And lest ye not forget visceral fat which you can't actually see which you tend to burn off first during a cut.

Make sure you're eating a deficit of calories (which you definately seem to be if your weight is dropping) and make sure you drop about 0.5-1.5lbs a week.

By the way, after looking at your diet, 2 spoons of Udo's a day ain't enough EFA's. Add more. Or exchange them for the olive oil you take in later in the day.

Are you still at 3,200 calories? Maybe not way too high, but you can come down another 800 easy. I'd drop 300 cals a day for a week and see how you do.

I dropped down to 182 (8-9%) on 2,200 calories, and I was on an ECA stack. I only had trouble at 1,800-2,000 before I would get groggy and not hungry. ymmv, but I'd drop another 300 cal a day.

I love dieting.....

I love ECA's but they give me hypertension. So I skip them now. I've just added some short intense cardio on my off days this round.

Low body fat will give you good abs. I only had a decent 4 pack, but I have no leg fat, so my pinch tests always read low. I plan on going to 175 or so this cut (LBM supposedly is 170), and I should look much better. Those last few make such a big difference.

Dropping fat will give you good abs. Adding an ECA will help, but don't expect any miracles, you still need to work for it.

I love EC but they shrink my sack. I'll go back on it when I'm in a relationship where it doesn't matter.
