Good links guys. thanks.
Kal, chk the links. I don't think anyone here is going to give you a ready made meal plan. But you can take the info and build with it. That low carb zone link from yanick is great. Pleanty of info to make a good CDK meal plan.

I train mainly in my home...saves me time then going out. But time to time I go to the Golds in St. Petersburg with some friends.

Where do you train at?

Check out the online journals. Probably a good place to find sample menus for your CKD.

I go to Lifestyles man I hate that place. Everyone there is the biggest puss. But its the closest thing to my house.

I went to lifestyles but they screwed up me and my wifes billing somehow and we haven't gone back since.

Alot of chicks there...but at golds it seems alot of people go there to socialize.I just go in workout then leave...not really there to chat and pick up on other BBers.

Kal,

making up a mealplan is easy as pie.

Eat X amount of cals, where X is bout 12 x bw.

some say eat 1.5:1 ratio of fat:protein

others say 1:1

personally i used a 1.5:1 for a day or two then switched to 1:1, my theory being that i would hit ketosis then just maintain with the 1:1

Foods,

anything that is fat/protein, no carbs.

I never talk to anyone they all take my machines, so it pisses me off. I dont even know if anyone at lifestyles works out. I hate math I think Ill just cut my cals and do some cardio.
Thanks for the replies
