I'd have to have eaten about 20 peanut butter cup, 5 brownies and various other foods. 4k calories easy with 100g of protein if I'm lucky. Oh well, it was worth it, I won $20 for eating the brownie with the fake spider in it (contest).

I had a handful of jellybeans. 'Tis all.

I actually feel rather virtuous, given that it was Halloween and all.

The hard part is now I gotta walk past all the candy ON SALE and not buy it (I used to do most of my yearly candy spending in the week after Halloween and the week after Xmas and the week after Easter, buying discounted sweets. ;) )

I've got hormones on my side tho. I've had the appetite of a linebacker all week, but yesterday i really fell off.

M1: skipped - big mistake
m2: sausage egg and cheese omelette and a bagel with butter
2 milky way bites thingies and a snack size almond joy
m3: venison and sweet potato
m4: bag of fritos honey barbecue
m5: myoplex and oj/soy milk
m6: halibut and zucchini chased with some ghirardelli chocolate.

oh man, I could go for a pint of Ben and Jerry's. That stuff is soooooooo good. My manager used to give us free pints all the time, and I always ended up giving them away otherwise I would've aten the whole thing.

and as far as yesterday goes i didn't eat any candy..... I picked it up and then threw it down, whew it was close.
I took all the chocolate candy in the house and hid it out of view, and then i took all the sugary stuff and kept it for my cheat day, and i replaced my ginseng with some nerds this morning, lol

I think you're too hard on yourself; that's hardly cheating at all...

it's not like you powered down 3 pizzas and a gallon of ice cream or something . . .

Not too bad...MRP shake for breakfast, egg sandwiches for lunch #1, soup, veggies, and chicken for lunch #2, apple for a snack, turkey sandwich, veggies in the early evening, then 2 peanut butter cups and a slice of pizza before hockey and an assortment of beers after the game :)

And two pickled eggs and a protein shake when I got home...

OMG Halloween night I ate 2 big bite hot dogs from 7-Eleven. Talk about unhealthy. Had to buy a MetRx Protein bar to feel less guilty.

Cheat DAY? I've been off the wagon since Wednesday. Had too many martinis on a trip to NYC Wednesday night, and I eat greasy junk food all day on hangover days.

Thursday, took my son out trick-or-treating and he gave me all his chocolate bars with almonds (he hates the almonds)--ate every damn one of them.

Friday, took another couple out for her birthday to a Moroccan joint where they bring you like seven courses and you eat with your hands--drank most of a bottle of wine with it.

Saturday, what the hell, I'm so far out now, why stop-- had a "small" meatball parm sandwich with the family at a local pizza/sandwich joint. Finished my wifes cheese-steak she couldn't finish. Later that afternoon, finished the uneaten parts of pizza and calzone my kids brought home. Had most of a bottle of red wine again that night while watching "The Haunting" with wife and daughter.

This morning, wifey made pancakes with bacon--don't know how many I had. No wine with breakfast, though, I'm making progress! :D

I'm gonna have to have my stomach stapled soon if I'm not careful! Back on the Zone, NOW. I mean it. Sh|t, Kevin just brought me another Hershey with almonds he found in the bottom of his pillow case full of sweets. Don't open it. . .don't open it... don't. . .DAMN! Now I got chocolate on the keyboard, here, let me clean it up,.aodsifalskfn afk;ijfoiayfhdflkn a;kljgd;f[oauh;fakldiufg[yhoiwfecsdcdjb. That's better.

Ok, back on the Zone. . .

*lmao*

maybe you're pre-menstrual john.

as for me, friday i ate junk all day, not a whole lot....but i had to make room for the liquor too. So yesterday, i had the last of my fish and zucchini for breakfast before turning in for the day, and then didn't eat at all when i woke up, then wound up going the greasy jun food track and gettign a pizza. It's a small pizza, so i've eaten half of i so far. Nowhere enough cals for yesterday, but i woke up today feeling relatively lean....so i'm okay with it all. I still need to motivate my ass to go tot he store and get some food to cook up for next week, but i have no idea what i want.

I think my body cant handle grease and fat anymore. Yesterday I had some General Tso chicken, and after eating it I felt sick. the next day after my cheat days are always the worst because I have no apitite, and the site of food makes me sick, i have to force it down.

but reading about everyone blowing there diet makes me feel good :)

Pickled eggs are awesome! There's the sweet purple ones you make with sugar, vinegar, and beet juice...and the hot and spicy ones you make with spices, vinegar, jalapenos, and onions...yum yum!

(especially good late at night after a few beers)

(and no I did not eat the pickled eggs in or with the protein shake)
