Wish I had a before pic to compare, anyway looks like the weighted Chins and heavy Barbell Rows are working, guess the olympic lifts I do help as well :)

I think my back and legs are my 2 best bodyparts.
My arms the worst :)

good back !!! you'll build a solid physique if your legs and back are best bodypart. That's something like 60% of total muscular mass maybe more !
