I workout twice a week. Sometimes less often.
Basically i eat a good diet the day i work out and the next day.
(about 48 hours). Then i eat junk. Have to compromise.

Its not really going to affect my muscle growth too negatively, is it?

leave the junk to once a week. you should be eating clean 80-90% of the time. I'm assuming you're bulking????
