Sometimes, the only thing that is stopping my gains is nutrition. I'm just not eating enough. It's because I am just not hungry and when I do eat, I don't eat enough. I'm not getting enough calories or protein. Any suggestions of anything?

i had the same problem when i was trying to gain. you gotta learn to eat when eating is scheduled - which might mean eating less more often (swallowing a few bites is easier than a huge meal). a few people i know that took "Animal Packs" (a vitamin supp) commented about increased hunger (which makes eating to gain much easier)
good luck

You could also start adding in some liquid calories and eating more calorie dense foods (ie peanut butter or nuts would be a good choice).

If you're really struggling for calories, you can try weight gainers. I had good success with NLarge2 when I just couldn't stomach all of the food I needed.
When I wake up late I can never eat as much. but if I get up at 7am and eat, I am hungry all day long. I cant explain it just happens.

I had the same problem. I would just force feed myself.

I'm never really all that hungry when I eat. Just eat.

Exactly. Although it's never a problem I've had, you just gotta force feed yourself.

What happened to me was that I was drinking too much water too often, so I felt full at all times and never felt like eating much.
Try to control your H2o intake.

I understand the full feeling from water. But can you drink to much water? I try to push myself to drink more.

Good ideas in here. Just to add another:
Eat high GI carbs in your meals as well as low GI. So a slice of white bread extra etc...
The swings (although not wild swings, since the low GI should reverse the effect somewhat[although not null it altogether]) in blood sugar shoudl stimulate some hunger.
