2 cups skim milk
100g rolled oats
4 large ice cubes

I officially lost my appetite after reading the tuna shake recipes. The link from st pat looks a lot more promising.

i tried this a while back and puked almost instantly once consuming a small amount, it was sheer sick! :(

tuna, pita, melted cheese...yummy...drink a protein shake on the side...but don't mix the two! that would be sick

I think the tuna shake could come in handy, especially for students. You wanna get out of class or leave work early you drink some tuna shake, hold it until you get in front of the teacher or boss, swallow, spew, and leave. Everyone knows once you launch the contents of your stomach, you get a free pass to go home.
