I'm new to this site and also new to the dieting of wieght lifting. I've been working out off and on for about 10 years, but I never was concerned about my diet. What I would like to do is gain muscle mass and lose some body fat. Any help would be appreciated..Thanks

First off you have to pick one or the other (cut or bulk). Check out the nutrition articles on the main page and that will give you a good starting point.
