I am trying to bulk right now and am having moderate success. I am highly confused about proper bulking diet and when to load on carbs, proteins, etc. How much to eat, calories, carbs, protein, fat per day, etc. Help me with the confusion please.

Every meal should contain:

Some slow burning, complex carbs.
Some more-complex protein (i.e. whey isn't ideal).
Some fat (with a proportion being good fat).
Some added fibre every other or third meal (like veg or fruit).

With the exception of the post w/o meal which should (ideally) contain:

Some fast digesting carbs.
Some easily digested protein.
No added fat or fibre.

The daily calories should be...~drum roll~...more than you burn.

Aim to add about 0.5-1lb a week.

If you gain less, up calories a bit, if you gain more, reduce calories a bit.
