wont cheat days actually help you lose more bf? since it's like a minor shock to your system weekly?

I don't know about that. If you're going to do some sort of refeeding to reset your leptin levels, go with a high-carb, low-fat day once a week. But full out cheating? I don't know, in my opinion it's not worth it.

Anyway, never get rid of Kashi cereal. Ever. You hear me? Kashi is the bomb, and all should bow before it.

What does the rest of your diet look like?

Oh, and why are you drinking soy milk??

That one should go and never come back.

Get rid of the ones that you can do without the easiest first, but remember it's all about calories in vs. cals out.

IMO:

1) milk
2) whole bread
3) soy milk
4) kashi cereal
5) banana

I would keep the fruit as long as you can. Fruit is something that is sweet, yet good for you. I don't even know how you can drink soy milk, so for me that would be first to go. Good Luck!

1) cereal (I don't care what kind...get it out of there)
2) soy milk
3) milk
4) banana
5) whole bread

I'd take the bread out first
then soy
then cereal
then banana
and last milk

i would do this:

1.) milk
2.) bread
3.) cereal
4.) soy milk
5.) banana

to be honest, i wouldn't cut the soy milk or the banana....they can be used in protein shakes and whatnot.

I'd get rid of the sugars (milk, bread and cereal) off the bat tho.
