Can having to much sodium affect you. I never put salt on anything but some things that I eat contain high amounts of it, i.e cottage cheese, canned fish, salsa.

I know that it raises you blood pressure but I have an excellent reading everytime I go in an check it. Actually it might be a little low.

if you're working out daily, sodium should not be a concern.

Unless you're trying to drop water for a contest of course.
