Hey guys, I'm currently cutting, at 6'0 166 currently from 178. I've been eating 2100 cals/day, taking Animal Cuts for ECA, and training as normal (3x a week, no cardio). I sustained an ankle injury this weekend, so I decided to just take a week off from lifting since I haven't had a break since summertime. My question is, should I keep my cals steady at 2100 this week even though I'm not training? I was losing 1-2 lbs per week at 2100, by the way.

i would hesitate to go much lower - so i would continue eating the same. additionally, if you haven't taken any break, then this could be viewed sorta as refeed (same cals + less work = more cals each day)

nonetheless - a week off at the same cals won't kill you
