Hey guys, I'm currently cutting, at 6'0 166 currently from 178. I've been eating 2100 cals/day, taking Animal Cuts for ECA, and training as normal (3x a week, no cardio). I sustained an ankle injury this weekend, so I decided to just take a week off from lifting since I haven't had a break since summertime. My question is, should I keep my cals steady at 2100 this week even though I'm not training? I was losing 1-2 lbs per week at 2100, by the way.
