I am making the commitment to myself to change my life, so therefore I need to train regularly and eat properly. What I am asking is if any one can attach any diet or meal plans to this thread. Also for someone just starting out are supplements needed, and if so which ones. I am not looking to bulk up, I am just looking to increase my fitness level. Currently my diet is not very good so a change is definitely needed.
