I know I said I wouldn't make another journal but I am. I am focusing more on diet then lifting now. I am going to be lifting after school, in my gym class, and during wrestling practice when the coach lets us. So I won't have a scheduled routine and will lift whatever I can and feel like doing. I won't be able to post every rep that I do and stuff, but I will post general things and goals that I reached.

I am 157 right now, 17 pounds overweight, but I guess I am happy becuase I know it won't be that hard to get to 185 after wrestling which is my goal when im bulking. But until March, I am thinking about 140. I am going to consume about 1700 cals until Thankgiving which is when wrestling starts. Then I may change things up a little.

It is going to be hard to gain too much strength wrestling season but it should be no problem maintaning. I just hope im not killing myself like freshman year. I will explain my wrestling career in my next post.......

Wrestling career

Been wrestling since 4th grade. Wrestled for one of the best little kid programs in the state from middle school to 8th grade. Wrestled with a 2nd place state finisher from 7th grade to freshman year. We went about a hour and a half away from our houses (we live 3 min away from each other) two nites a week to wreslte in this out of state clinic that was AWESOME. Freshman year I went from 132 to 112. I once lost 20 pounds in two days. 11 in one day. and 6 pounds in two hours. Hated every bit of it. Had a 15-7 record. 4th in districts. Could of got third easily but I didn't want to win becuase I weighed 125 and didn't feel like losing the weight again, I wanted to end my season.

Sophmore year I was planning on going 130. Weighed like 142 2 months out. A month out I was the same weight and decided I wanted to diet right and went with the low carb diet. Didn't eat carbs for 3 days. Got down to 136, I was so pumped. Then I went off of it becuase I felt like crap and decided that I would go back on it right before wrestling season. I put the weight I lost right back on and went up to 149! And bf was still low. I have a growth spurt everywhere in November it seems like. Was so depressed stopped trying to go 130, had to wrestle 145/135 becuase I had to bout out a senior for 135 and we went back and forth. I was 8-3 about halfway through the season and I dislocated my sterno clavicular joint in my right shoulder. Bam, done for the year. That is when I did some studying online and found bodybuilding!

So my career record is a measley 23-10. My goal is to get 25 wins and under 10 losses this year. And make 140. I want to win districts, and place in regions. If I can keep my weight under control then these are very attainable goals.

9:30- ran 2 miles (zito run) 16:50
11:00 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal
12:00 multi
12:45 slice cheese pizza, 1/4 can of chicken, garlic, propel
2:00 green tea
3:15 2 slices wheat, 1/4 can of chicken, TBSP light mayo
6:00 power bar
7:30 wen tto TGIFridays with friends and my gf, had a steak with a ceaser salad and a potato. Had a huge thing of chocalate ice cream cake for desert which was probably 500 cals alone.
- need to find a way to diet and still be able to go out with friends and gf

Good luck cutting up jiacstrap, tough sh*t. I used to wrestle back in highschool and I would have to cut from around 200-205 lbs. to the 189 lbs. weight class and damn that was a b*tch.

sleep: 8 hours weight: 154.9
8:50 ran about mile(5th) 8:20(has to be over a mile), took multi
9:00 yaegar(sausage, egg, peppers, potato), 4oz oj
11:00 half bagel, cream cheese(church)
1:00 slice wheat, tbsp nat pb, 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
3:00 progresso soup, wheat, tbsp low sugar jam
4:15 ran 4 miles (fred) 31:20, walked for 12 min after run
5:20 chicken breast, 1/4 can baked beans
7:15 green tea
8:30 nutra grain bar
9:30 1 scoop whey, 8 oz skim, 4.5 g glutamine, multi

- my 5th ave mile run has to be longer then a mile becuase I ran a faster mile on my 4 mile run and I have that one measured out.

est. total cals: 1705

- today was a good day, felt energized. I need to eat every 2-3 hours or I will start to feel hungry and that is when I really want to binge. Really small meals are awesome! Had a good run, and it was the first time I ran 4 miles since last year. Im gonna start lifting tommorow for the first time after school. It will be with my wrestling coach and he knows his stuff, it should be fun. Maybe I will find some time to run on the track.
