second...i've made it abundantly clear that i'm not in the type of shape i'd like to be in, but after you've busted your ass for 3 months with diet, training and cardio getting ready for something like this, then you're gonna do it no matter what.

Your legs look great Rob. And the side chest shot looks really sweet too. I guess you are going to just use dream tan and not fool with the tanning bed. Be sure to get some pictures while at the show and good luck man!

Rob, you continue to show great progress each time you post new pics. Not to sound like a broken record as it's been said a lot, but a tan really will make a difference appearance wise. But muscle is muscle, and you have a lot of it, and image is secondary to results. The good thing is steady progress, as you've shown, means you will continue to improve upon your current results. That is a very good thing to be able to say.

Great job so far man. :)

I train in Grand Blanc, which is very different from Flint (the per-capita murder capital of Earth in 1991), although it *is* technically only a few miles away.

I train at a sh*tty little raquet ball center, if for no other reason than because I could literally walk to it, it's so close. Plus, the weight rooms are typically empty.

I've only really had one incident, and that was related to the door to the women's locker room not being coated with Lead (which I am unable to see through with my x-ray vision). The management and myself split the bill for a replacement.

Criticism is good but descression was probably a good approach. Criticism before a competition isn't exactly the best moral and confidence booster. I understand that you wern't trying to flame him though.

Feel free to criticise me. I don't have any pics posted but you can look at my rediculous BB bench and squat stats. Hopefully that will get me motivated to quit pussing out on them. :)

Anyway, you going to post some contest pics Pup? I'm curious to see how they turned out!
