Actually your shake would have more cals than that. If the macro breakdown is right the one scoop of protien powder would have
approx. 114 kcal.

I would leave my post-workout shake like it is and cut calories from other meals.

personally I would bag the milk and use another scoop of whey.

I don't think that the post workout shake should be any different regardless of bulking or cutting.

whey and dextrose

A dry sponge will always soak up the same amount of water...

I think those who have a very hard time of droping bf should not spike insulin post workout or even those looking to get down to 6-7%.

I just lower the amount of carbs in the post workout shake when cutting. Instead of 2:1 or 3:1 carbs:protein, I'll drop it to 1:1.
