Baked Salmon topped with Mushrooms, Basil, and Oregano

Ingredients:
One salmon filet (skinless preferably, though w/ skin is fine)
Buttom mushroms
Dried Oregano
Dried Basil
Coarse Ground Pepper
Salt (Ground sea salt if available)

Place salmon filet on double-lined tinfoil sheet.
Rub with pepper and salt and add spices to taste.
Slice mushrooms and layer filet liberally with them.
Grind fresh paper, salt, and spice on mushrooms.
Fold tinfoil tightly over salmon until covered.

Bake at 420 for twenty minutes or until done.

I just cooked this but I added ginger, onions and garlic salt.
