Hey guys,
Okay, today was Deadlift day, and I needed a better exercise for my legs so I did something kinda weird and new. So, what I did was i took a Basketball, put it behind my back and the wall, and then I did like a squat, and went all the way down and came back up. I went at abotu 5 2 5. I did 3 sets of 20. This totally killed my legs, I could barely walk. Does this exercise have a name?

It was deadlift day....and you needed a better exercise...

Does anyone else see anything wrong with the above statement?

I still did Deadlifts. I just wanted another leg exercise to go with it. LoL, deadlifts are my life, i would never miss them.

I really hope you are kidding here. If not, please give reasons why people under 21 should not lift weights.
